Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount of Bangladeshi Taka (৳) you can deposit into your 999bte account. Limits can be as low as ৳500 per day.
Loss Limits
Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within any given time period. Once your net loss reaches that threshold, the platform will prevent further wagers until the period resets.
Session Time Limits

Weekly Deposit Limit

Monthly Deposit Limit
Set the maximum amount depositable within a calendar month. Recommended for players who want a high-level budget guardrail without managing day-to-day spending granularly.
Net Loss Limit
Set a maximum net loss threshold for a given period. Once your losses reach this amount, wagering is paused until the period resets — even if your account balance technically still allows further bets.
How Limit Changes Work: Decreasing any limit (making it more restrictive) takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the current period ends. Increasing any limit (making it more permissive) requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it activates. This asymmetry is intentional — it gives you time to reconsider decisions made in the heat of the moment. Section 5
Time-Out & Cool-Off Periods
Sometimes the most responsible decision you can make is simply to step away from the platform for a defined period. 999bte's time-out feature allows you to suspend your account for a short break — from 24 hours to six weeks — without permanently closing your account or forfeiting your balance. Your account is fully reinstated at the end of the time-out period.
During a time-out period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or access any gaming content on the 999bte platform. Any pending withdrawals at the time the time-out is activated will continue to be processed normally. You will also be removed from all promotional communications for the duration of the time-out.
24 Hours
A short reset when you feel a session has gone on too long or you have made wagers you are uncomfortable with.
7 Days
A one-week break to reassess your gambling habits, reconnect with other activities, and return refreshed.
30 Days
A month-long pause recommended when you notice gambling is becoming more frequent than originally intended.
6 Weeks

Time-Out Cannot Be Cancelled Early: Once a time-out period is activated, it cannot be shortened or overridden — not even by contacting customer support. This is a deliberate design decision to protect you from impulse reversals. Self-Exclusion Programme
Self-exclusion is a formal commitment to stop gambling on the 999bte platform for an extended or indefinite period. When you self-exclude from 999bte, your account is immediately and completely suspended. All promotional and marketing communications will be ceased immediately. Any bonus balance is forfeited upon self-exclusion. Your real-money account balance, however, is preserved and can be withdrawn before the exclusion is activated or claimed upon verified re-application after the exclusion period ends.
6-Month Self-Exclusion
A six-month minimum exclusion period. After six months, you may apply in writing to have your account reviewed for reinstatement. A 30-day reflection period applies before reinstatement is processed.
1-Year Self-Exclusion
A full-year exclusion, recommended for players whose gambling has caused significant financial or personal disruption. Reinstatement requires a formal written request and a 30-day review period.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
A permanent, irrevocable exclusion from the 999bte platform with no reinstatement pathway. Recommended for players who recognise gambling as an ongoing and serious personal risk.
How to Self-Exclude: You can initiate self-exclusion by logging into your account and navigating to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion, or by sending a written request to [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Attempting to Circumvent Self-Exclusion: Registering a new account on 999bte while an existing account is under self-exclusion is strictly prohibited. Any such account discovered will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the incident escalated to our compliance team. Self-exclusion is a serious commitment and 999bte enforces it strictly to protect your wellbeing.
