Terms & Conditions — 999bte Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 999bte ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers for, or uses the services available at 999bte.com. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion , you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer tables, video poker, sports betting (including cricket betting markets), the 999bte Loyalty Program, promotional offers, and all associated financial transaction services. Additional terms specific to individual promotions, tournaments, or competitions may be published separately and will supplement — not replace — these Terms.

999bte operates as a digital entertainment platform providing online casino and sports betting services to adult players in Bangladesh. All references to currency in these Terms are to Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated. All times referenced are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) unless otherwise stated.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full.

Use of the 999bte Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout account use:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 999bte enforces a strict 18+ policy without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 999bte, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been granted.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

999bte conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all accounts. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document — typically a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate confirming date of birth — together with proof of address where required. Accounts that cannot be verified within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended pending completion of the verification process.

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on 999bte, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on 999bte. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or other means — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 999bte reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated through duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999bte Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 999bte strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from the account security settings panel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Accurate Information Obligation

Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any point during account use — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999bte may request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of information provided at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

All financial transactions on 999bte — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus fund movements — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. 999bte does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

999bte currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — personal wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Nagad — personal wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Rocket — DBBL mobile banking deposits and withdrawals
• Upay — digital wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (withdrawal only for bank transfer in some cases; confirm availability at time of transaction)

999bte reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment channels via the Platform or by email.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to the player account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 999bte does not accept deposits made from credit facilities. Only debit-sourced transactions from the above-listed methods are permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 for fully verified accounts
• All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Average processing time for verified accounts: under 30 minutes during standard operating hours (BST).
• Withdrawals requested outside of standard operating hours may take up to 12 hours to process.
• 999bte may request additional KYC documentation before processing large withdrawals or where fraud indicators are present. This is a security measure to protect the Player.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Only real-money balance and bonus-derived winnings that have cleared wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

999bte offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 999bte — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin winnings — are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered in real-money play before the bonus funds or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses on 999bte is 30x the bonus amount.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. The following contribution rates apply by default:

• Video Slots: 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution per ৳1 wagered
• Table Games (RNG): 10% contribution per ৳1 wagered
• Video Poker (including Jacks or Better): 10% contribution per ৳1 wagered
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered on selections with odds of 1.50 or greater
• Crash Games (including Aviator by Spribe): 50% contribution per ৳1 wagered

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and unplayed free spins are removed from the account automatically without compensation.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

999bte employs active monitoring to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, use of multiple accounts to claim a single-use offer more than once, and systematic exploitation of any technical error in bonus accounting. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

By using 999bte, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information or identity documentation
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Using software, bots, scripts, macros, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform function for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and table game formats
• Engaging in chip dumping — the deliberate transfer of chips or winnings to another account through intentional loss
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999bte staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions (including self-exclusion)
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform or any game software

Breach of any of the obligations listed above — or of any other provision of these Terms — may result in one or more of the following: temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

All content available on the 999bte Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game content, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 999bte or its licensed third-party partners (including certified game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content; download, scrape, or cache Platform content in bulk; or use any 999bte trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly permitted in writing by 999bte.

Game content provided by third-party studios is protected by those studios' respective intellectual property rights. Any concerns about third-party content should be directed to the relevant studio. 999bte's licensing agreements with studios do not transfer any intellectual property rights to players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999bte and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond 999bte's reasonable control
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Inaccuracies in game outcomes arising from independently certified RNG systems operating within their published parameters
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment

999bte makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages are communicated to players via email or on-Platform notification where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits 999bte's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

999bte reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false or inaccurate account information
• Confirmed underage gambling
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform errors
• A self-exclusion request initiated by the Player via the responsible gaming tools or by contacting support
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent closure of your 999bte account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of final KYC checks. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure are forfeited.

9.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no 999bte Login, no deposit, no wager, no withdrawal). 999bte will notify you by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support before the balance is exhausted.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within one hour of confirmation. During the exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and marketing communications from 999bte are suspended. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999bte is incorporated, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where local consumer protection laws in Bangladesh provide additional rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights are preserved.

In the event of a dispute between you and 999bte regarding any aspect of your account, a game outcome, a bonus decision, or a financial transaction, you should first contact the 999bte support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, 999bte will provide details of any applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanism available to the Player. Game outcome disputes that involve a certified RNG determination are final and are not subject to reversal, as the integrity of game outcomes is guaranteed by the independent certification of the RNG system used.

999bte reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 999bte will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to registered Players. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
